Location close enough to Redfoot Lea as well as the gardens. Excellent staff with a good portion of humor...

A wonderful location close to the coast and local towns in the outskirts of the North East, make sure to book taxis in advance for convenience.

Welcoming staff, compact rooms with homemade cake, lovely touches like fudge, as for instance. Absolutely fantastic and amazing breakfast with smoked salmon for every taste. What a such wonderful stay, no reason to complain.

The delightful décor of Redfoot Lea truly brought joy to my stay. The interiors were elegantly designed, creating a charming and cozy atmosphere. The general areas of the hotel were immaculately maintained, providing a warm and welcoming ambiance. Being a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with easy navigation through corridors and well-placed handrails for added support.

I would have loved to see the children working there offer more assistance exclusively tailored to the needs of senior guests.

Philly, our amazing hostess, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. From picking us up at the train station to calling taxis and making reservations, she took care of all our needs. Her warm hospitality and knowledge of the area made our experience even better. the facilities were excellent, and we loved the refined taste in every aspect of the house. the breakfasts were superb, and the homemade cake waiting for us in our delightful room was a sweet touch.

We felt spoiled during our stay at Redfoot Lea. Philly and her husband made sure that nothing was too much trouble for them.

The property is in a peaceful location, perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We had so much fun doing all the outdoor activities available in the area - from exhilarating water sports to epic coastal walks. The hosts were super friendly and even gave us insider tips on the best spots to visit. Can't wait to go back!

The only thing we'd ask for is an on-site nightclub for some wild party nights. But hey, we still managed to have an awesome time exploring the great outdoors during the day!

Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and feel at home immediately in this stunning property. the luxurious amenities, such as the chocolate treats and dressing gowns, exceeded our expectations. We were pampered with homemade cakes in the room and private facilities that enhanced our stay. the location advantage to explore Northumberland was a bonus.

The only minor issue was the noise of traffic, but only if you are outside in the garden. this did not affect our sleep quality or enjoyment of this hotel.

Spent New Year at a cozy B&B with excellent breakfast options. The hosts were very welcoming and provided fresh homemade treats in the room. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Although the room was lovely, the en-suite facilities were quite cramped and could be challenging for those with mobility or size concerns. the stairs were quite steep and narrow, making it challenging to take luggage up to the room.
